Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a senior projects professional to support New Product Introduction logistics operations. You will collaborate with the NPI Logistics Program Lead and Head of Global Logistics to drive daily operations, improve processes, and automate warehousing and transportation systems.

The role requires strong project management, critical thinking, and a passion for reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

Assist business cases for new warehouse distribution and transportation optimization strategies.
Work across cross functional teams to create capacity plans for current/future years within Amazon Robotics fulfillment network.
Create and execute strategic sourcing projects to support end-to-end sourcing/supply chain plans.
Support contract negotiations with external partners for warehouse ramp-ups/down and transportation cost reduction.
Drive operational excellence by developing and improving SOPs for NPI Logistics, creating and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
Lead cost efficiency and frugality initiatives.
Complete total cost of ownership analysis to ensure projects meet cost objectives.
Manage and deliver projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
Create white papers and planning cycle documents to influence senior leadership.
