Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI to ensure hardware programs land in the fleet on schedule.

You will partner with Hardware NPI, Engineering Operations, Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Execution to manage roadmaps, BOMs, and cut-over decisions across data center sites. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, own milestones, and mitigate risks to keep power, cooling, network, and space readiness aligned with program targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center infrastructure planning or NPI programs.
• Ability to translate product requirements into infrastructure plans.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, supply chain, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Track NPI roadmaps and transition schedules across power, cooling, and network.
• Determine cut-over points for hardware upgrades to avoid over/under-ordering.
• Signal BOM requirements to Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, and Execution.
• Represent Infrastructure Capacity in NPI weekly planning meetings.
• Drive cross-functional readiness for power, cooling, network, and space at ship date.
