Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead end-to-end NPI and Product Lifecycle Management for hardware and infrastructure products. You will coordinate global teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution.

The role requires deep program management, operational readiness, and the ability to influence stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program management, product engineering, supply chain, or New Product Introduction within hardware or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional hardware programs from concept through production and sustaining.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply planning, product lifecycle management, and engineering processes.
• Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure, enterprise hardware, or cloud technology environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution for complex NPI programs supporting OCI hardware and infrastructure products.
• Develop integrated program plans that align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment organizations.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies that could impact launch schedule.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and supply continuity.
• Lead operational planning for hardware product release, inventory disposition, product transitions, and end-of-life execution.
