Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks an experienced New Product Introduction Program Manager to own the NPI across the Supply Chain for AI, compute, storage and network hardware in the data center footprint.

You will coordinate with AI & Hardware Engineering, Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain functions to drive on-time, on-quality delivery, manage risks and communicate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in computer hardware or networking manufacturing and related processes
• Experience with NPI phases including procurement, planning, product lifecycle management, materials management, and logistics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical background in AI, compute, or networking hardware
• Experience creating RFQ packages and cost analyses

Responsibilities

• Act as single-threaded owner for Meta's Supply Chain NPI programs
• Drive build readiness, test readiness, and material readiness across internal and external partners
• Own program risk identification, mitigation, and escalation communication
• Own and execute program communications strategy across internal and external stakeholders
• Drive factory ramp readiness with internal and external partners
