Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an NPI Engineering Manager to lead the New Product Introduction team, driving industrialization, process validation, and launch readiness from design input through pilot builds and production ramp.

The role collaborates with Design, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to ensure on-time delivery, target cost and quality across new production lines and line conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree plus 6+ years in NPI/manufacturing engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years applying APQP, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP and process validation
• 3+ years managing launches to defined gates (pilot, start, ramp)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the NPI engineering team across programs
• Owns manufacturing readiness from design input to ramp
• Represents Operations in phase-gate reviews and risk management
• Governs APQP, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP and process validation
• Coordinates pilot runs, validation builds and transfer
• Establishes routings, standard work and operator training for new processes
• Drives readiness with Supply Chain and Quality through BOM accuracy and PPAP
