Job summary

Carrier is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead the industrialization and launch of new products at a Carrier manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate APQP, PPAP and process validation, and partner with Design, Manufacturing and Quality on transfer to production.

Responsibilities include managing pilot runs, validations and product release while ensuring on-time, within-cost launches and adherence to quality gates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of NPI or product-industrialization experience in manufacturing.
Experience coordinating pilot runs and production transfer.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and process validation.
Project-management experience; PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
CAD proficiency and quality-tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

Leads the industrialization and launch of new products (NPI).
Coordinates APQP, PPAP and process-validation phases.
Partners with Design, Manufacturing and Quality on transfer to production.
Manages pilot runs, validations and product release.
Ensures projects meet time, cost and quality gates.
Documents processes and standards for new products.
