Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an NPI Engineering Technician to support the industrialization and launch of new products at a Carrier manufacturing facility, assisting with validations of MCS and pilot runs. Qualifications

• Required: Technical/associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics; 2+ years as engineering/quality/lab technician.
• Hands-on experience with pilot runs, tests and validations.
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets; familiarity with quality tools.
• Experience with engineering documentation including BOMs and tooling setups.
• Knowledge of SAP and Windchill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pilot runs, tests, and validations of new products.
• Support the installation and setup of NPI tooling and equipment.
• Document processes, test results, and visual aids.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality on transfer to production.
• Support problem-solving during launches.
• Maintain records and evidence of validation.
