You will coordinate APQP, PPAP and process validation, transfer to production with cross-functional teams, and document processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in NPI; CAD proficiency and PMP/Six Sigma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of NPI or product-industrialization experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Leads the industrialization and launch of new products (NPI).
• Coordinates APQP, PPAP and process-validation phases.
• Partners with Design, Manufacturing and Quality on transfer to production.
• Manages pilot runs, validations and product release.
• Ensures projects meet time, cost and quality gates.
• Documents processes and standards for new products.
