Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an NPI Engineering Technician to support industrialization and launch of new products at a Carrier manufacturing facility. You will assist with validations of MCS and pilot runs and help install NPI tooling and equipment.

Responsibilities include documenting results, partnering with Engineering and Quality on transfer to production, and supporting problem-solving during launches while maintaining validation records.

Qualifications

Technical/associate degree or trade school in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics.
2+ years of experience as an engineering, quality or lab technician

Responsibilities

Support pilot runs, tests, and validations of new products.
Supports the installation and setup of NPI tooling and equipment.
Document processes, test results, and visual aids.
Partners with Engineering and Quality on transfer to production.
Supports problem-solving during launches.
Maintains records and evidence of validation.
