Qualifikationen

• Education -BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering/NPI roles supporting multidisciplinary products (hardware, mechanical, and software).
• Technical Skills-Strong hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing including PCBAs and complex integrated systems.
• Engineering Proficiency- High proficiency reading schematics, CAD models, and complex engineering drawings.
• Vendor Management-Experience managing turnkey projects and technical communication with EMS providers.
• Analytical Thinking- Ability to perform systematic root-cause analysis for hardware failures.
• Excellent teamwork and English communication skills for global vendor interface.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Engineering Focal Point.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering and production teams, leading Design Reviews for DFM (Manufacturing), DFA (Assembly), and DFT (Testing).
• Transfer to Production (TTP).
• Lead NPI activities from prototype phase through mass production, ensuring smooth transition and preventing technical bottlenecks.
• Quality & Yield Management.
• Define Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features, manage First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, and perform deep-dive Failure Analysis (RCA) on hardware components.
• Technical Interface.
• Maintain continuous technical communication with Contract Manufacturers (EMS) and strategic suppliers, both locally and globally.
• Content Integrity.
• Responsible for technical accuracy of product files, BOMs, and specifications before implementation into the PLM system by the Configuration Manager.
• Production Support (MBOM).
• Support production line bring-up, manage Alpha/Beta builds, and analyze production yields to ensure continuity and scalability.
