Job summary

RFT Direct Labor i3 Assembly, LLC in Binghamton, NY is hiring for a Technician, NPI Engineering 1 to build new Cable & Harness products under the guidance of the Engineering Group. You will learn to write a process as you build a new product to establish manufacturing production processes.

Clear communication is essential to excel in this role. Qualifications include 0-2 years in manufacturing, IPC 610/620 certifications preferred, and familiarity with ISO 9000.

Qualifications

• Experience building Cable Assemblies or related cable products.
• IPC 610/620 certs preferred and ISO 9000 familiarity.
• Basic reading, writing and math with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build new Cable & Harness products under Engineering guidance.
• Understand schematics, determine dimensions, perform manufacturing operations.
• Write a process to establish production steps for new products.
