Job summary

BizLink Group in Fremont, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the full product lifecycle—from prototype to production—driving manufacturability improvements for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and box builds. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, prototyping, and low‑volume production.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, internal engineers, quality control, and production teams on prototypes and process changes.
• Provide DFMA feedback and optimize designs for manufacturability of cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and box builds.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation; develop 2D/3D drawings and WI for local production.
• Coordinate and participate in First Article builds and support subsequent builds; transfer knowledge to customers and teams.
• Troubleshoot build issues and communicate changes; log ECN/DCN and ensure timely updates.
