• Perform entry-level cable assembly and related operations per work instructions.
• Assemble cables and harnesses using hand tools and fixtures.
• Follow drawings, instructions, travelers and production docs.
• Learn blueprint interpretation and basic measurement skills.
• Maintain accurate production reporting in software systems.
• Support production schedules and department goals.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; use PPE as required.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about issues.
