Job summary

Electrical Components International is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to drive new wire and cable assembly introductions from development to full-scale production on-site at our MRG facility in Foxborough, MA.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to create scalable, manufacturable harnesses and assemblies, develop validation plans, and establish SOPs to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience managing NPI and production transfers.
• Familiar with ISO/IATF quality systems.
• Budget and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI transitions from prototype to full production.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain to manufacturability.
• Develop validation plans and equipment qualification.
• Define SOPs/work instructions for wire/cable assemblies.
• Drive lean initiatives and cost-reduction opportunities.
