Job summary

i3 Assembly, LLC in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Assembly 2 to perform intermediate cable assembly and related manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced facility. This on-site role requires accuracy, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to meet production goals.

The position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $19.00 with full-time hours and potential overtime. Candidates should have basic computer skills and at least one year of related manufacturing experience or two years

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of internal manufacturing experience or two years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and manufacturing software skills required.
• Ability to understand manufacturing workflow from raw material through final product output preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and related products according to instructions and quality standards.
• Perform intermediate manufacturing operations using hand tools, fixtures, and machinery.
• Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and process documentation.
• Identify workmanship concerns or process problems and communicate with leads or supervisors.
• Support production schedules and departmental goals.
• Assist with training entry-level associates on routine tasks.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and traceability in manufacturing software.
