Job summary

603 Manufacturing, in Hudson, NH, is looking for a Process Engineer to develop and implement robust manufacturing processes for new product introductions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support high-reliability aerospace projects.

Candidate should have strong experience in electrical test development, preferably with Cirris CH2. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, test engineering, or NPI experience.
• Experience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new cable assemblies and wire harnesses into production.
• Develop manufacturing processes that support repeatability and quality.
• Support continuity, isolation, hipot, resistance, and component verification testing.
