Job summary

BrightStar Care in the United States is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to help clients regain independence and mobility through personalized, in-home care.

You’ll design flexible schedules, choose your caseload, and provide one-on-one support while delivering compassionate, compliant care. Active state license and NPTE pass are required, with at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license and/or successful completion of NPTE (or state exam).
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices and exercises.
• Monitor and report patient progress or changes in condition to the Director of Nursing and physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge planning.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care to patients and their families.
