Job summary

BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-home care team. You’ll evaluate patients at home, develop personalized plans, and deliver interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety.

Requirements include an active MA PT license, a DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, and 1+ year of experience (new grads welcome). Part-time/per diem with flexible scheduling and mileage support offered.

Qualifications

• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & driver's license

Responsibilities
