Job summary

BrightStar Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for part-time / per diem in-home visits. You will evaluate patients at home, design personalized plans, and help clients regain strength, balance, and independence.

Join a flexible team with mileage reimbursement, mobile EMR, and supportive leadership. Active MA PT license, DPT or MPT, CPR, and 1+ year experience preferred; new grads welcome. Reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
