Job summary

BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team on a part‑time / per diem basis. Help clients regain strength, balance, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications include an active MA PT license, DPT or MPT from an accredited program, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Earn $75–$85 per hour plus mileage in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapist license is required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
