You will oversee planning, fieldwork, financial reporting, and final deliverables while ensuring quality and adherence to GAAP/GAAS. Path to Partner and strong work-life balance are highlighted.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (master's a plus).
• 5–7+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience managing audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial statement prep.
• Experience supervising, reviewing, and developing audit staff.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Lead and manage audit engagements for nonprofit clients (educational institutions, foundations, associations, healthcare).
• Oversee all phases of audits from planning to final deliverables.
• Develop audit strategies, budgets, staffing plans, and timelines.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, and management letters.
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve complex accounting issues through research and consultation.
