Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support for Canon customers via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot Canon product issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with accurate and timely information.
• Stay updated with Canon product range to offer expert guidance.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system with precision.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery.
• Support relocation and onboarding processes as part of the program.
