Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Dyson’s consumer electronics via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries regarding high-end home appliances to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert advice and drive customer loyalty for the Dyson brand.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and resolve complex technical product issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the premium nature of the consumer electronics industry in every interaction.
• Continuously meet individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
