Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Canon customers in Dutch.
• Resolve inquiries with precision and empathy to ensure service quality.
• Document interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Canon product range to offer expert advice.
