Job summary

Canon is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a global team supporting a world-renowned brand. Relocate to Greece and choose Athens or Thessaloniki as your new home, with the flexibility to work remotely from there.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email, troubleshoot technical issues, and strive to turn every customer into a happy customer. Relocation support and ongoing training are provided for career growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian and good English skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
