Mercier Consultancy seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon, joining a team that handles product inquiries, troubleshooting and order-related questions. This full-time role offers relocation to Greece, comprehensive training and an international work environment.

You will communicate in Italian and English, helping customers across Europe while enjoying a healthy work-life balance, private health insurance and a structured onboarding process in a welcoming Greek setting.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Italian, both written and verbal, and high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or cover letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
