Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care.
• Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
