TP Greece is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Expert to join its Nordic Zalando team. Work remotely, supporting Zalando customers with orders, payments and deliveries while delivering exceptional service in a fashion-forward environment.

You will use phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless customer experience and collaborate with teammates to find timely solutions. A proactive, customer-centric attitude and comfort with online retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian required.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Retail experience welcome.
• Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and soft skills; strong problem-solving mentality.
