Job summary

HDR Engineering is currently seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join our growing Power Delivery practice. Opportunities are available in several locations including Bend, OR, with responsibility for managing transmission line projects of various sizes and complexities, from scope and proposal development to budget and closeout. You will mentor staff and coordinate with multiple offices to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong interaction with design teams and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Transmission Line projects from scope to closeout.
• Lead project engineers, EITs, designers and staff.
• Oversee QA/QC per HDR's Quality Management Systems.
• Coordinate with regional leadership and business development teams.
• Support marketing and proposal development for new opportunities.
