Establishment Labs is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales operations and strategy within the Northwest US region. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction by guiding the regional Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives.

This is a remote role; candidates must reside in Northwest or relocate to WA/OR/UT/NV/NorCal. Travel up to 50% domestically; require Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in progressive sales roles with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• CRM systems and MS Office experience.
• 5+ years in progressive sales roles with supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Residence in Northwest region: WA, OR, UT, NV or Northern CA.
