Establishment Labs is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and strategy for a designated US Central region. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction while leading the regional sales team.

The role is remote, with up to 50% domestic travel and residence within the Central US region. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in progressive sales roles with supervisory experience are required.

• Residence within the assigned Central US region (KY, TN, MO, AL, KS, MN, CO).

About The Role

The Regional Sales Manager leads the sales operations and strategy execution within a designated region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership of the regional sales team, including Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives.

• Please note: This is a remote role, candidates must be located in the United States Central Region or willing to relocate(Kentuchy, Tennessee, Misouri, Alabama, Kansas, MInesota or Colorado) No relocation assistance available.
