Arnold Machine is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to grow revenue across the Northwest territory, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and British Columbia. You will conduct plant visits, lead discovery meetings, and collaborate with Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers to quote and close deals, reporting to the Sales Director.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of field sales experience in industrial markets.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
• Strong communication with engineers and operations leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Northwest/Midwest region.

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships and market presence.
