Arnold Machine is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to grow our Northeast territory by developing new customer relationships and expanding our regional market presence across our four business groups: Industrial Washers, Coatings, Automation, and Build to Print.

• 3+ years in field sales in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business in person.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with engineers and operations leadership.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Northeast territory.
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls, plant visits, and technical discovery meetings.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with growth and margin objectives.
• Collaborate with Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers to develop solutions and proposals.
• Execute account-based selling strategies focused on targeted manufacturers and industries.
• Represent Arnold Machine’s business groups and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships and establish Arnold Machine as a trusted regional partner.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Sales and Marketing leadership.
