Job summary

Arnold Machine is seeking aRegional Field Sales Representative to support growth across our Midwest territory, covering OH, IN, MI, IL, and KY. You will develop new customer relationships, expand regional presence, and drive revenue across four business groups: Industrial Washers, Coatings, Automation, and Build to Print.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment/automation/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop and close new business in person.
• Strong technical aptitude, able to communicate with engineers and operations leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest and manage a field-based territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new Midwest opportunities (OH, IN, MI, IL, KY).
• Conduct in-person sales calls, plant visits, and technical discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Directors of Business Development and engineers on solutions and proposals.
• Execute account-based selling strategies and cross-sell Arnold Machine’s groups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline status.
• Build long-term relationships and position Arnold Machine as a regional partner.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Sales leadership.
