Job summary

Arnold Machine, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to drive growth across the Northeast territory by developing new customer relationships and expanding Arnold Machine’s regional market presence across the Industrial Washers, Coatings, Automation, and Build to Print groups.

You will engage prospects through plant visits and discovery meetings, quoting and closing new business, while collaborating with Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers to deliver value

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in industrial equipment/ manufacturing markets.
• Able to prospect, nurture, and close opportunities in person.
• Strong communication with engineers and operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships within the Northeast territory.
• Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Conduct plant visits and discovery meetings to quote and close new business.
• Collaborate with Directors of BD and Applications Engineers on solutions and proposals.
