Arnold Machine, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the Northwest territory.

You will develop new customer relationships, visit plants, and quote solutions in coordination with Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers. Travel across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and parts of Canada will be required; success hinges on value-based selling, robust pipeline development, and building lasting partnerships with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience in industrial equipment or similar markets.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate with engineers and operations leadership.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Northwest territory.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and sales activity.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn products.
• Desire to learn Arnold Machine’s products, markets, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Northwest territory.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, plant visits, and technical discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Directors of Business Development and Application Engineers on solutions.
• Execute account-based selling strategies with targeted manufacturers.
• Represent all Arnold Machine business groups and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activity, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Build long-term customer relationships and establish Arnold Machine as a regional partner.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.
• Support revenue growth with value-based selling and profitability focus.
