Wild Tribute is expanding its Southwest Territory with a field-based Territory Sales Manager role covering California, Arizona and Nevada. You’ll open new wholesale accounts, grow partnerships, and represent the brand at trade shows while delivering exceptional service to retailers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in outside, inside, or account management.
• Must reside in territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (Badger, Microsoft Office, HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ to support territory and trade shows.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree substitution possible.

Responsibilities

• Scout new wholesale accounts across gift and outdoor retailers.
• Develop sales plans to convert opportunities into signed deals.
• Build lasting partnerships and serve as the primary contact.
• Represent Wild Tribute at trade shows and run booths.
• Maintain organized data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with designers on graphics for programs.
• Provide responsive service, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Manage overdue invoices to protect relationships.
• Travel ~50% to start across Southwest territory.
