The successful candidate has 10+ years in MedTech sales with 5+ years in leadership, plus the ability to travel up to 60% and negotiate with senior leaders. Car allowance and incentive plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in MedTech sales with 5+ years of leadership in high-performance teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the region’s sales activities to achieve annual growth and revenue objectives.
• Set sales targets and forecasts for the Northwest region.
• Identify, hire, retain and develop talent across the sales and clinical teams.
• Develop strategies for launching new accounts and expanding penetration in existing accounts.
• Establish effective communications with executives to align sales with company needs.
• Lead difficult sales negotiations with large prospects and key accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs.
• Liaise with Marketing and Medical Education to develop value-added programs.
