Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Region Director - Northwest for its MedTech Sales division. This field-based leadership role will oversee cardiovascular-focused sales and clinical teams across multiple states, driving growth and strategic account development.

You will lead, coach, and expand the region’s sales force while collaborating with executives to implement high-impact sales strategies and ensure top-tier client outcomes. A base salary plus incentive program and car allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in MedTech with cardiovascular focus or similar.
• 5+ years of high-performance management experience in a field commercial team or 3+ years in Abiomed Associate Region Director role.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and interact with senior leaders and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the region’s sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives.
• Set sales targets and forecasts for the region.
• Identify, hire, retain and develop talent within the team.
• Develop strategies for launching new accounts and penetrating existing accounts.
• Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company.
• Lead negotiations with larger prospects and align with cross-functional departments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs to drive value.
