Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in regulatory, environmental, or project management roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Northwest hydropower regulatory and environmental team.
• Lead and supervise staff, manage workloads, and ensure performance.
• Oversee FERC licensing support and relicensing projects.
• Coordinate with HDR’s National Hydropower Practice and other regions.
• Participate in business development and client communications.
