HDR, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a NW Hydropower Regulatory and Environmental Manager to lead the Northwest hydropower regulatory and environmental group and oversee FERC licensing projects. You will supervise staff, coordinate with HDR's National Hydropower Practice, and drive technical excellence across relicensing programs. Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ related experience required; travel possible. HDR offers employee-owned culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the field.
• FERC hydropower licensing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the hydropower team and staff.
• Oversee regulatory and environmental relicensing projects for the Northwest Region.
• Coordinate with HDR’s National Hydropower Practice leadership and other regional leaders.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and client communications; support business development.
