HDR, Inc. is seeking a Northwest Hydropower Regulatory and Environmental Manager to lead the regulatory and relicensing team across the Northwest. You will manage complex environmental and regulatory projects, coordinate with HDR’s national practice leadership, and drive business development efforts within the region.

The role requires senior level project leadership, strong technical writing, and experience with FERC hydropower licensing. Occasional travel to multiple sites is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Professional registration or certification may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and direction to team members.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff to ensure high-quality performance.
• Plan and monitor workloads to meet departmental goals.
• Lead relicensing and environmental/regulatory projects in the Northwest.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing and project management.
• Serve as primary regional contact for regulatory updates and client needs.
• Drive regional technical service development and QA/QC activities.
