Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced NW Hydropower Regulatory and Environmental Manager to lead the Northwest team delivering regulatory and FERC relicensing services. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clients, and drive project delivery across multiple locations.

The role requires senior experience in environmental permitting, regulatory processes, and project management, with strong writing and leadership skills to guide teams and win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in hydroelectric regulatory projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex relicensing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HDR's Northwest hydropower environmental and regulatory group.
• Coordinate relicensing services with clients and HDR leadership.
• Manage mid to large-sized environmental/regulatory projects and provide project leadership.
