McGrath RentCorp in the Pacific Northwest seeks a senior sales leader to drive profitable growth, coach a field and branch-based team, and strengthen key customer relationships.

You will develop regional sales strategies, oversee forecasting and budgeting, and collaborate with Operations and marketing to expand market presence. This hybrid role requires travel and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales management experience with revenue growth.
• Proven success leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and profitability decisions.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and managing complex sales opportunities and negotiations.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership with strong communication.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership and administrative responsibilities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales-reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the team through coaching, reviews, and field coaching.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by regional strategies and improving market share.
• Build customer and market partnerships with key accounts and major projects.
• Own forecasting and business discipline including pipeline, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate across Operations, Marketing, Fleet, and other teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
