DC Restaurant Group in Northern Virginia is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King locations. You will lead and develop General Managers, drive guest experiences, and optimize profitability across a multi-unit portfolio.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel between sites, a track record of high operational standards, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to implement growth strategies across our franchise network.

• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King locations in Northern Virginia.
• Coach and develop General Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide hands-on leadership.
• Support recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Ensure policy, brand standards, and food safety compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive growth strategies.
