DC Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King restaurant locations in Northern Virginia. You will travel between sites to lead, coach, and develop General Managers, driving operational excellence and guest experience across the district.

• Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations, financial performance, and standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King locations within Northern Virginia.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive operational excellence with food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor performance including sales, labor costs, profitability, and goals.
• Conduct regular visits to evaluate performance and provide hands-on leadership.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve performance and growth.
