DC Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King restaurant locations in Northern Virginia. You will travel between sites to lead, coach, and develop General Managers, driving operational excellence and guest experience across the district.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King restaurant locations within your assigned district.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to build strong, high-performing restaurant teams.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards for food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational goals.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide hands-on leadership.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement strategies that improve restaurant performance and support business growth.

Locations You'll Support

This position will oversee multiple Burger King restaurant locations throughout Northern Virginia, including Woodbridge, Manassas, Fairfax, Alexandria, Ashburn, Leesburg, and surrounding communities. Regular travel between assigned restaurants will be required to support operations, develop management teams, and drive overall performance.
