Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 restaurants, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts and regions, owning profit and loss and pushing for sales growth.

You’ll mentor General Managers, optimize labor and costs, monitor performance, and uphold brand standards while building community connections and sustaining a strong leadership bench.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume food service operations.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality business or related field (or equivalent).
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required.
• Motivational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and POS platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading remote, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 restaurants, driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Own the P&L: optimize labor, food costs, and operations to maximize profitability.
• Drive revenue growth with sales analysis and targeted strategies.
• Lead from the front lines with regular visits and real-time evaluations.
• Solve challenges on the ground and push teams toward excellence.
• Guide managers through strategic execution and accountability.
• Champion guest feedback and coach underperforming locations.
• Support talent acquisition to maintain a strong leadership bench.
• Foster local marketing efforts and community partnerships.
• Enforce high standards for food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review staffing and scheduling to maintain service levels.
