Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is seeking an experienced leader to manage business operations for multiple scientific teams in Northern California. You will lead direct reports, group leaders and their teams, while serving clients in technical lab and manufacturing settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Biotechnical Sciences or related field, 5+ years of leadership, and the ability to travel locally within Northern California. Expect to drive quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading direct reports.
• Laboratory or GMP environment experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally within Northern California, up to 5% to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple scientific teams in Northern California.
• Lead direct reports and group leaders; serve clients in technical settings.
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs.
• Manage employee reviews, development, and performance processes.
• Organize resources to meet client goals within deadlines.
