Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a senior operations leader to manage multiple scientific teams in the Pacific Northwest, including direct reports and group leaders. You will work with clients to align resourcing and technical needs, ensuring delivery of high-quality service in laboratory or manufacturing settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of leadership experience, and ability to travel locally in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
• Scientific background with hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical/clinical/GMP settings.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally in Seattle, up to 5% overall.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple scientific teams in the Pacific NW, including direct reports and group leaders.
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Attend regular meetings with direct reports, department, and client management.
• Organize resources, manage risk, and ensure adherence to quality and productivity metrics.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure succession and engagement.
• Oversee laboratory operations to maximize quality and efficiency.
